Vic and Judy Jensen
Text Box: Judy is the head cheesemaker and sells products at the farmers markets. Vic helps run the dairy and sells products in our store. Judy’s favorite GGC product is the Skim Milk. Vic’s favorite product is the Farmstead Butter.

Doug and Brandy Jensen

 
Text Box: Brandy is the president. She runs the daily operations and helps manage the office. Doug runs the dairy operation. Brandy’s favorite GGC products are the Chive & Onion Cheddar and Heavy Cream. Doug loves the Farmstead Butter.

Ben Silva      

Text Box: Ben is our milk plant manager and also manages deliveries to stores. Ben’s favorite GGC products are the chocolate milk and jalapeno cheddar.

Konni Miller
Text Box: Konni is our office manager and website creator. Konni’s favorite GGC products are the old gouda and eggnog.

Kate Soler

Kate makes and packages the cheese.  She also sells our products at the farmers markets.  Kate’s favorite GGC products are the chocolate milk and dill & garlic cheddar.

Rory Silva

Kevin Carlson
Text Box: Kevin is a little shy, so sorry but we don't have a real picture of him. He is one of our best employees and one of our first employees . He cleans and helps maintain our milk and cheese plants. We would like to thank him for keeping our plant safe and clean.
